Re-Assessment Policy
If you are assessed as not competent, a re-assessment will be offered to you. This must be undertaken within a 2 month period. If you are again assessed as not competent or if you do not undertake the re-assessment in the 2 month time period, you will be required to pay in full and attend the course again before any further attempt at assessment.

 

Certificate Re-Issue
If you misplace, change your name, or require a re-print of your certificate for any reason, including misspelt names after signing-in, a fee of $25 per certificate will be charged. Please refer to General Terms and Conditions for further details.

 

Privacy Policy
EverydayRSA is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act and National Privacy Principles(2001). Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

 

The personal information provided by you on this application form will be used to process your application for enrolment into the training program(s) specified on this form. Failure to sign or not complete all the information required may result in your application being unsuccessful. All information gathered by EverydayRSA will only be utilised for the purpose of delivery of training services and documentation compliance requirements by the Australian Quality Training Framework(AQTF) and government contractual requirements.
